It was indeed a proud moment for me when a parent walked in seeking admission for his child and introduced himself as an ex-student of LFES! Our beloved ‘Little’ Flower English school had indeed come a long way!

It feels like just yesterday that I joined the LFES family more than two decades ago, when it was a ‘villa school’. How time flies and before we know it, we have the second generation of students coming in with hope in their hearts and continued trust in our efforts.

We, as a school, have grown exponentially in size, number and more importantly, in quality. We are often described as ‘small school with a big heart’ and as ‘the one that gives good value for every penny!’

As I address you today through the pages of ‘Little Blooms’, I place on record my gratitude to all members of the school community-students, parents and staff.

The successes we have reaped would never have been possible without the concerted efforts from each one of you. You are our strength and you motivate us to strive for excellence in all we do.

We endeavour to give to our students great learning experiences, on par with the best schools in the region. We do not know the challenges of tomorrow so we seek to equip them with the skills, fortitude and endurance required to succeed against all odds.
